After surgery
Shoulder rehabilitation
A painful or stiff shoulder, a tendon problem or an operation: raise your arm again without the pain.

- Session
- About 30 min
The shoulder needs patience: movement comes back first, strength afterwards. The sessions alternate gentle mobilisation and exercises with elastic bands, at the pace your shoulder allows.
Who it is for
- Tendon pain, frozen shoulder
- After rotator cuff surgery or a fracture
How sessions go
An assessment of what you can lift and reach, then exercises you repeat at home between sessions.
Good to know
After an operation, we follow the restrictions set by your surgeon to the letter.
We do not promise a cure: we set goals with you, measure them and tell you honestly where you stand.
